Bollinger
Enterprises, Inc. was founded on the principle that individuals with
disabilities can and are eager to work. We exist because the State of
Pennsylvania and Warren County have made a concerted effort since 1972 to
provide and enhance employment and vocational rehabilitation programs for
individuals with disabilities. |

In 1972 ARC Enterprises, Inc. was founded by
Annabel and Clifford Bollinger. In 2003, ARC Enterprises, Inc.
became Bollinger Enterprises, Inc. in honor of the founders. |
Our Mission
The mission of Bollinger Enterprises, Inc., (BEi) is to enrich the
lives of people with disabilities by being the most innovative provider
of vocational, life, and social opportunities through a caring and
dedicated staff by:
