| Sheltered Employment gives individuals the opportunity to work and earn money
with ongoing supervision on sub-contract jobs from area industries.
Individuals in this program are referred through the Warren County Human
Services. |

Job Skills Training
Job Skills Training is provided to all individuals in sheltered
employment. If an individual is having difficulty with a particular job,
the job skills trainer works with him/her, making any necessary
accommodations or adaptations to enable the person to do the job and to
increase skills, abilities, and earning power.

| Work Study
Work
Study is an opportunity for high school students to gain work experience
and earn money while in school. Sponsored by the Warren County
School District, students may come to the workshop two hours a day for
up to five days each week throughout the school year.

| Vocational Evaluation
Vocational Evaluation provides a thorough work assessment of the individual
through formal testing, work sampling, and community based assessments where you
can try out actual jobs. The evaluation is customized to the individual
needs and provides the person with information relevant to successful
employment, career planning, or further education. Individuals are
referred through the Office of Vocational Evaluation and the Warren County
School District. |

Personal Work Adjustment Training usually follows a vocational
assessment and allows the individual to work in the sheltered workshop earning
money while he/she develops the necessary skills for employment.
